REFUND & AMENDMENTS 

What is the Refund Policy for drawing (digital copy) orders?


At Duomation, we do not accept refunds for drawings that are either being processed or have already been completed. However, customers do have the right to limited 2 times revision and can request that their drawings are revised.

- After the complimentary 2 fixups or changes, the 3rd fixup is chargeable. 5 US$ for the next 2 fixups or changes.

- If the artwork is finished and preview is shown to the customer, and after that if customer doesn't like the artwork or looking for Order cancellation and Refund there will be no Refund possible as we have already worked for hours on a artwork in particular style to make our customers happy only changes can be made to the digital portrait, limited to 2 (Two) times only.

​- No new changes / modifications / additions are allowed after order submission and order making process has started.


What is the Refund Policy for physical goods (prints, mugs etc.)?

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for physical goods for change of mind due to the highly customized nature of the items. However, customers do have the right to request a replacement for items that are broken or damaged.

 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
